Ayesha Raees identifies herself as a hybrid creating hybrid poetry through hybrid forms. A former 2018-2019 Margins Fellow at the Asian American Writers’ Workshop and an Assistant Poetry Editor for The Margins, Raees is from Lahore, Pakistan. A graduate of Bennington College, Raees currently lives in New York City.
